"Wonderful vibe the moment we arrived. Met with a lovely gal at the front desk. Found that the bar was still open and serving food close to midnight, which was a plus. Despite some construction going on, we slept soundly in a comfortable bed and found the room spacious and clean. But I think my absolute favorite thing about this hotel is that their breakfast hours are from 6 to 11 which saves me from having to get up earlier than I prefer just to grab my breakfast. Whenever I have to fly in and out of Jacksonville, this will be my go to hotel."

"Customer service truly went above and beyond!! We had a minor issue with one of our rooms that I honestly did not expect anything in return for. Customer service took care of our parking fee, gave us a huge discounted rate for meals, and even a little something to purchase anything we may need at their market. Not what I expected at all. Throughout the process they could not have been any nicer and professional."

"Everything was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. My room had a bit of an old smell. I think the carpet needed cleaning. Other than that all was good. Breakfast had many hot items, fresh fruit as well as muffins. Juice and coffee as well. Good job Jacksonville Holiday inn"
