"There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, and being in a high floor was inconvenient sometimes. Also, there was no connection to the restaurant in the lobby and unable to make and order from your room. Just felt like there could have been more in terms of making sure guests were comfortable with the set backs. Staff at front didn’t seem like they wanted ti be bothered."

"Stayed at Element Seattle Redmond while traveling with family and children and would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable from the moment we arrived. There was leftover food from previous guests left in the pantry area, dirty cups with fingerprints, and overall housekeeping was clearly not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. We also discovered empty conditioner dispensers in the shower, which further reflected poor attention to detail. Customer service was equally disappointing. We repeatedly had to ask for proper bedding for the pullout bed, and after requesting housekeeping while out all day, we returned in the evening to find our room had not been cleaned at all. When we spoke to management, there was little concern or apology shown. Manager Isaac was rude and unprofessional and asked, “Do you still want your room cleaned?” instead of addressing the issue properly. I also emailed General Manager Yvonne Gilbert directly regarding these concerns and never received any response or follow-up. That level of disregard after multiple cleanliness and service issues is extremely disappointing. This stay added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a family birthday trip. I expect much better cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service from a Marriott property and would not stay here again."
