Room had a weird smell to it. Couch had stains all over it. Idk if it was bleach or what but they should have got rid of the couch and replaced it. No one wants to walk in a hotel room with 10 white stains on the couch. I had to use a sheet to cover the couch completely just so I could feel safe sitting on it.

I was thoroughly surprised at the size of the room. My room was a standard King, but it looked like a junior suite. Room was fresh and smelled good upon entry. The bathroom was clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my frequent visits to LI.

The best features of the hotel were that it was updated, clean and conveniently located. The amenities were fine, but the heating system was annoyingly loud. I found the $10 charge for parking, buried in the fine print that was described as "covered," but was not, to be a petty charge. Also, I was never informed about the $50 hold put on my credit card. I found that to be unnecessary.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The staff were very kind and professional. However, the rooms smelled musty. The bathroom towels and kleenex were the lowest, cheapest grade and the BR sink remained clogged despite us asking for a fix.
