Fairmont Chateau Laurier
"Our original room felt quite dated and unfortunately had a slight odour that was unpleasant and particularly difficult for my pregnant wife. We contacted reception, and Matthew was incredibly helpful. We requested a room change to something more recently renovated with a Smart TV, and within just 15 minutes, he upgraded us to a beautiful Luxury Room that was significantly newer and more comfortable, with a large Google Cast-enabled TV and an amazing view. What stood out even more was the follow-up—Matthew personally called after we settled in to make sure everything was up to the mark. We were very happy and thanked him for going above and beyond. I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person at checkout, which was a great way to put a face to the name. Thanks to Matthew’s exceptional service and attentiveness, what could have been a disappointing start turned into a fantastic stay. Truly appreciated!"
