Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful

BUT, the front desk staff said they couldn’t see anything wrong…they couldn’t understand why we were so upset about it…someone had entered our room, if it was housekeeping they did not do anything in our room! Bed not pulled up, dirty towels still in bathroom! No resolution from the front desk staff, ultimately they couldn’t have cared less! Very upsetting and sad to be treated this way."
