Room was clean, up to date, and fully furnished with a mini fridge and microwave, as described. I was happy, nobody smoked there previously, so no smell. I was not happy that Travelocity said a card was only needed to hold the room, but they required me to place a hold on it for incidentals. I wanted to do all cash, because another hotel kept a hold on my card for 3 weeks! Covered Bridge said when I checked out, the hold would be released automatically within two hours, but there was still a one hundred dollar hold late in the day which I had to call them about. I was not happy after reading that the card was not necessary on Travelocity.

The property was well run, and staff was friendly. The biggest problem for us was the air quality in the room. Even though it stated nonsmoking room the air was tainted with smell of tobacco and musty. To clear the air, we ran AC colder than a comfortable temperature. We did only sleep there so we did not make a fuss...Thank you, Debra

Thank you Debra for your feedback ! We are very sorry , I can assure you that we have zero tolerance policy for smoking inside. Yes people do outside and we can't stop them . Sometimes the smells travel inside the door if someone try to smoke near by entrance door and we trying to work on it so avoid this problems well.Rik- Manager
