Our room was dirty and it smelled musty, there was an old hot tub that didn’t work. When I booked it , it never said anything about a hot tub in the room. We checked out 20 minutes after we got there and they didn’t even ask why we were checking out, so I think they knew why or didn’t care.

Very pleasant staff, conveniently located (easily driveable to a variety of sites and activities -- also walkable to a few restaurants but the road is not really intended for walking), an older room, but clean and simple; no frills, no problems. It was fine for a couple of nights and more affordable than Keene, NH (20 min away) where we had a baseball tournament. It’s an older inn, but very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Very close to many fast food restaurants walking distance right on the main road.
