When I arrived on 11 Oct 25, I was informed I had no reservation as it had been canceled. Certainly not by me as I had paid my Visa on Oct 8th in full. Someone needs to explain to me where the money went and who canceled my stay. Not very easy on a Saturday night to find other lodging accommodations.

Little disappointed

The staff was nice and helpful. We checked in ok. I was told the room was ready, but it wasn't. Tv didn't work right, needed help getting the fridge running, had to ask for more towels because we only had a hand towel in the room, the mattress was a 2 out 5 at best and finally, had to give them the pizza boxes from the closet.

Plaster missing off the walls reeked of mold holes in the wall can see the next room over workers are not friendly at all bed was terrible i arrived and checked out 10 min later

Bathroom had a hole in wall

Bathroom had a big hole near switch, wires are exposed.room is stinky, when u turn on ac all kinds of bad smell. I paid 99$ a night in peak time so the cost is under budget. I understand we get Wat we pay for but still I never seen a hotel that had a hole in bathroom wall, etc.

Not great - a honest review.

There was mold, stains, holes, bugs and non working lights in my room. There was cigarette smoke in the room and leftover food. Also the window was open with a cigarette inside. There was a hole next to the bed and a bed, Equipment and clothes taking up the pool room. It looked nothing like the photos.

The room they put us in was disgustingly dirty, and when we told the staff person, he said he had a nicer room, so he took us there and turned on the lights and there were cockroaches crawling on the wall. Needless to say we didn't stay there. What a DUMP!

Disgusting , falsely advertised on Expedia . The pictures advertised were opposite of what I saw. The overall look was broken down , looked like a homeless shelter, the room was filthy, smelled like urine , cigarettes and weed. The door appeared to have been broken into at some point, stains on the mattress, window open with no screen . The pile of furniture and garbage outside in clear view is unacceptable . The ceiling was dirty grey. I complained to management . Management refused to refund my stay with Expedia.

I am 80 yrs old, travelling by myself. This did not look like the picture or any other Econ chain. The neighborhood was questionable, the lobby dirty. I immediately said I wanted to cancel my reservation. I was told to do it through the Hotels.com app. I had to download it, had difficulty and was unable to cancel by 6 pm. I did cancel atb6:08. I want a full refund. This business should be razed.

Worst ever. We stayed there maybe a half hour. The room smelt like smoke. The fan in the bathroom was all mold. We had a hand towel that’s it not other towels and the soap was dirty. A cockroach ran across the floor. Was told that was the only room left haha yea right. You’re not full trust me. Then the pool area had a lot of trip hazards. There was a mattress leaning against the wall, box’s everywhere , their personal clothes hung up, about 8 bikes just laying there. I can for sure see why the guy at the desk didn’t hesitate to give us our full refund. He must get this all the time. My advise to you all……. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Fine room, right next to I-91 exit.

Nothing bad about inside the room (108) -- but it was next to the hallway to the stairs to the second floor, so heard occasional foot-stomps during the evening. No other noises, though. Spatious double sinks, very unusual. Huge, firm bed. The manager has quite the beautiful flowers and vegetables garden as landscaping, including some exotic trees. Obviously this will vary by season, but Coreopsis verticillata (yellow/orange/red) was in full glory, with Cosmos coming on, among other things. Also look for curry-leaf tree (Murraya koenigii).

Find another hotel

Hotel in general needs quite a bit of work. Walls in the room were scuffed, and paint was peeling. Grout for the tub was dirty and possible moldy. Faucet for the sink was loose, and the water lines held together with zip ties. Yes, it was inexpensive but pay a bit more for a better place. Advertised as having breakfast but they discontinued that to keep costs down.

Probably the worst stay of my life. The chair looked like it’s old, dirty and torn, paint chipped off the walls everywhere, our deadbolt was kicked in and was now a screw we turned. Blood appeared in the back stair. Whatever carpenter they hired to do any trim work should be fired. Sink drains were those weird plastic accordion drains, something out of an rv, no cabinet or anything to hide it and it didn’t drain. Every piece of furniture was broken. The privacy from us and the other people staying was this nasty blue see through curtain with stains on it. Plus our room wasn’t cleaned out. I would never stay at an Econo lodge for as long as I live. For some reason this is my second time at one of these and I promise you, there won’t be a third.
