This is not the place to take your family. There seemed to be many unsavory characters living there. Very run down. I would never go back or recommend. There is a reason the price is so low.

Aside from the keys, not working in the desk person making me wait 15 minutes before they would come create me another key and the homeless people in the hallway. The mattress was the absolute worst I’ve ever slept in in my life basically a cement board. Other than that, it is first choice for the homeless in the hallway

I don’t know where to begin. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. When I tried to check in I had to ring a bell and was to come back as the front desk staff seemed to all go out to lunch. After finally checking in, the tv didn’t work, the iron is broken and spilled water everywhere when I tried to iron my clothes. The bathroom showers had mold everywhere and I was genuinely afraid to step on the carpet, barefooted or touch anything in the room. I had to put my own bedsheets and pillowcases on the bed and pillows in order to sleep the other night. At night, there’s a door right outside my window that bangs every 45 minutes due to people going in and out to smoke. I was up all night. There were questionable people outside at all times, outside of the place was super dirty and trashy. Had i known this place was like that I wouldn’t have stayed. Needless to say I will not be returning turning and in fact if I could ask for my money back, I would.

The room was clean and adequate, and I had a good night’s sleep. The parking was fine. Common areas like hallways were a bit more shabby and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Luckily the room did not smell. The breakfast room is so tiny that having more than 2 people in at once made it very difficult to maneuver and there was no obvious hot water setup for tea. The food itself was fine for a hotel continental breakfast, but around the last hour of the allotted time not very well replenished.

First they had dirty sheets on the bed. I had to ask for clean sheets. They had a stock in the window for security, to stop anyone breaking into my room. From the first floor. The room was dirty. Just over all terrible experience.

The man at check-in was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. I am used to staying in more modern hotel chains and this place was unlike them except that there were indoor corridors here too. What was different was lack of lobby, poor exterior and entrance, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, and grungy bedspreads. Otherwise, this place was similar in that the sheets and rug and bathroom were clean. I’ve stayed in worse, I’ve stayed in better. I paid $90 here for a prime Saturday night so you can’t beat that. I’d stay again if I had to but I’d prefer not.

When we arrived at the hotel, the area was indeed full of homeless people. We decided not to stay, canceled our reservation, and left. We contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel and processed a refund for us.

My room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a big plus! I normally stay at a different hotel when I come up to visit my family but I decided to try this hotel. I wasn't sure how it would be but I was pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet and the gentleman who always seems to be at the front desk.. I'm sorry I can't remember his name is awesome!
