Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, typical for these types of hotels. Our room had a bad musty smell. I thought it would go away with the AC on, but it did not. The bathroom shower was run down and the room really needed updating overall.

Everything was nice, the staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff should look at all areas of the rooms after cleaning each room. The hot tub jets should have been on as well. The breakfast needs an update

"Lovely historic hotel with a great location and all the amenities. Walking distances to so many restaurants, shops, the Shakespeare Theatre, and other attractions. Breakfast bar was delicious and had so many choices. Only downside was it was short staffed and there was a wait for a table. "
