First room was bug infested. Second room HVAC was not working and gradually increased 80+ degrees. Third room subpar and needed new sheets & blankets due to all being dirty. Breakfast was not stocked. Pool was not clean and also disgusting. Staff not helpful. Blew it off. Over $300 a night the night we stayed. Rip off. Highly recommend NOT staying here. Try Hilton or Holiday Inn. You’ll have better luck. Thanks!!

Room was spacious, we got the king suite. No art or pictures on the walls. What’s up with that? My husband bitched about the pillows all weekend, but I thought they were fine. Microwave sucked, did not pop my popcorn. What’s that all about? The vending machine kept ahold of the Hidden Valley Ranch Bugles I purchased between the glass so I had to waste $3 and risk another cavity on Trolli Sour Gummi Worms to knock the bag to the opening at the bottom of the machine. The brekkie was okay, nothing to call home about. Wanted to swim and get in the hot tub, but they looked yucky and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The gym had no free weights, to my disappointment. The only reason why I chose your hotel is because you had free breakfast, a pool, hot tub and gym.

Clean but dated; staffing could do better

No staff at front desk (in back room) both when checking in and out. No view of mountains, but clean room, with a bathtub, the latter is why l chose this hotel. The floor in my room was uneven/noticed while walking into the room, which was a bit unsettling. Gkad coffee was available by self-serve 24/7, as l left before breakfast waa served. Staff wasnt friendly, and was coughing (obviously sick) all over (including my room key card), and upon chevk-out the staff appeared to be sleeping in the chair in the backroom, do l dropped my keys on the desk and left

Lacking empathy and smiles

Cleanliness was very good as Country Inn & Suites always have been. However, the staff, both at check-in and in morning check-out, were indifferent and made to feel unwelcome and a bother. My brother has Parkinson's and walking with a walker. He has a challenge in bathroom needs. The doors to the closest when eating breakfast was locked in hallway and he needed to go back to our room which was quite further. When his wife reported this to the front desk, she was told it was due to non-guests. Other stays in our trip had hotel room card locks to swipe. No signs were in place. Desk person was not empathetic. Staff did not smile or feel caring.

My only negative comment had to do with the individual that checked me in on August 26. She had a negative personality to begin with as it seemed that it was a bother to wait on me. Later on, she was asked tfor a recommendation on where to go to eat, she did print out a listing of food locations, but not being from the area, we had to go on our own. She had very little customer service traits.
