Location was convenient to VMI. Lovely mountain views. Breakfast was simple but delicious. We ran out of hand towels and shampoo, went to the front desk and asked, and they were delivered withint 10 minutes. This is our 3rd stay here and we are booked for another. Animals are allowed.

We were in town for a horse show at the Virginia Horse Center. The location is so convenient! The breakfast is great, the staff was great! The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

First floor room was surprisingly noisy with someone clomping above at 4:30AM … never had that problem before in a multi-story motel. Also, someone left a dog yapping in a room down the hall for an hour in the evening. Really cruel to leave a dog alone in a motel room, not only for other guests but also for the dog! Otherwise, this motel is reasonably priced for the area, clean, and a typical Best Western.
