This property was decent overall. Old and outdated inside and pretty expensive for what you’re getting. Gets the job done and a fine experience but definitely needs an upgrade if you’re going to be spending that much.

Property was well located for us with underground secure parking (a must for that neighbourhood) and easy to get to. The main concern was a bathroom and especially bathtub that needed a good cleaning.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. There were mice or rats crawling around throughout the night, making it impossible to get any sleep. I do not recommend staying here, especially if you have children. My daughter was so uncomfortable after encountering a mouse in the room that she chose to sleep in the car. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

The location of the property is very good, at downtown. It has a lot of convenient stores, good restaurant, and other important places at walkable distances. Everything is very old, furniture, bath, electronics, though still all working. However, the hallway of this inn has a terrible smell. It upset my stomach, every time I came out of the room. it was really bad. If you can manage the smell, then it's manageable.

The bedding smelt like pee, my room wasn't ready when I checked in and there were noisy druggie people yelling at night outside. Its a great location and I was grateful for the underground parking. If the rooms were giving a major steam clean it would maybe be ok. Sorry. I am not super picky but it was not nice.

Dirty towels, dirty bedding w/fresh food stains, floors not vacuumed, sticky and dirty bathroom floors, dirty bathtub and nightstands. Informed and showed staff dirty towels and bedding… their response… that does not surprise me, this is a low budget hotel.” WOW, really????!!! We cleaned what we could to feel somewhat comfortable and not disgusted.

The desk attendant was courteous, but our room only had one hand and one wash cloth for a family of 3, and only 3 bath towels. Plus, there was a spring pointing out of the bed. The hotel had seen better days, but the air con was cool, and it had gated parking and was near everything downtown.

Check in was great staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms are somewhat dated but repaires keep up. we had mountain bikes that we were able to store in lockup.
