Excellent!

Staff was great! we asked to upgrade to a water view as there was no option when booking through travelocity so they said no problem. Would cost 40 but we were willing to pay for the upgrade. When they checked to see which room they found out there wasn't one clean so upgraded us to a suite with water view with no additional charge! Had dinner in the Blue Crab restaurant- was excellent! Would go back for sure!

Made fabulous city even finer experience!

Pros: It's a close walk to the tourist meccas of the Inner Harbor, but it's a quieter coastline location with inviting paths & parks.
Location: Stroll to harbor vistas, museums, cafes, landmarks, bus tours & WA ferries. Nearby wharf has funky houseboats, seals & SUPERB Barb's Fish & Chips.
Enjoyed a spacious, attractive, inviting & quiet room with supportive mattress, quality linens, & fine toiletries. Personable hotel staff quickly responded to questions & needs. Transportation upon arrival & departure were graciously provided. We didn't dine at the hotel restaurant but heard many glowing reviews by locals. There is a handsome indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is on the water in an handsome, inviting neighborhood.

Close, comfortable, and quiet

We've stayed in Victoria several times but this was our first time at the Harbourside...and it won't be our last! We stayed in a good sized room with a great Queen-size bed, a relaxing sitting area, and a lovely view of the Harbor. The hotel is close enough to easily walk to the heart of Victoria but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. Only some minor problems- a broken treadmill in the fitness room and a snippy front desk clerk were irksome but didn't mar the trip.

Pros: We had a corner room and could see both sides of the harbour.
Cons: Restaurant pricing.
Location: Lots of shopping and foods and excitement. Just a nice visit to walk the around the harbour.
It was a lovely time in December. The whole town is lite up.

Great Stay

Spent 8 days at the Coast Victoria Harbourside Hotel & Marina. Got a room on the sixth floor with the Juliene balcony and the harbourside view. Room was exactly as promised with a few extras, such as a wine cork remover and  wine glasses. Coffee was great and housekeeping left a couple more for us to use when asked. All staff were pleasant and professional. We moved the comfortable chairs so that we could sit and look out over the water. Very enjoyable. The location is great, 10 minute walk to downtown, 5 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Lovely walk on the water near other hotels and apartments.

Excellent staff

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, blue crab was excellent.
The Blue Crab restuarant was excellent; the food was great; and the staff was welcoming. My only criticism was an odor in the hotel halls.

Hotel was somewhat average, but great for a quick stay.

Pros: Free Internet
Hotel was nothing really special, and somewhat of a walk from the downtown portion of the city. Did have a helpful shuttle system, though we never used it.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Staff was very relaxed and helpful. I enjoyed the secure parking garage as I had my car broken into the last time I was in Victoria.

Great place to stay in Victoria!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Though at the end of the waterfront area, this hotel is great so one can walk along the harbourside and into the more "happening" areas of Victoria. The staff was great and the inside/ outside pool was fun for a sunny and chilly day in September.
