Beautiful location, the industrial action affected some of the services but the room was very clean and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I think they should have lowered charges for the room considering the breakfast was not being offered and no turndown services for rooms. A continental option for food was available but was very limited.

Unbelievable location with walkable distance to almost anywhere downtown. Very beautiful view with balcony where u can see sea plane take off every 1ins , big cruise and many more. I have been huge coast hotel fans but after this trip it’s become my favourite hotel franchise to book any anytime I’m travelling anywhere

We were not advised by the hotel or Expedia that staff were on strike until we checked in. No shuttle, no dining - pool however was open and nice. As we have difficulty mobilizing we were inconvenienced by no dining options and no shuttle. Had planned to largely eat at hotel and take shuttle downtown. Disappointing value for money in hotel we normally love.

Unfortunately, there was a strike while we were staying at the hotel. It was disappointing to not have a restaurant, and to not get housekeeping. At the price we were paying, the housekeeping should have happened.

Unhappy with management staff. Failed to inform us prior to arrival there was a union staff strike. Even at the front desk we were not openly informed. They should have offered us a discount on our stay- no housekeeping/restaurant or shuttle. It was over $600 a night and absolutely not worth it. I am expecting some compensation for this.

Thank you for what you were able to do considering the circumstances. The strike didn’t help things. The vending machines downstairs were out of action, one was sold out and the other had card services disabled. The restaurant was closed. And there was no available room services or house keeping.

Not worth the price. Was charged for parking at a HIGHER rate than if I’d just paid in the lot, everything was slightly substandard, water fill stations didn’t work, elevator broken so it took ten minutes if you didn’t want to go up the stairs, room key card didn’t work half the time. Staff went on strike the day we left which made it even more odd and awkward. Would NOT recommend nor stay again - for that price there are dozens of better places that will not nickle and dime you.
