Front desk did not let us know upon our arrival that the pool and hot tub was not in working order. This is one of the main reasons we chose the ocean point resort. As a result, we cancelled our stay.

Our stay at Marriott Ocean Pointe Resort was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff were genuinely amazing—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The entire facility was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt luxurious yet comfortable. And the view? Simply breathtaking. What truly set this resort apart, though, was how exceptionally pet-friendly it is. They don’t just allow pets—they welcome them. The staff were truly paws-itively amazing, making our dog feel just as valued as any guest. The room was super doggie-friendly, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for traveling with a furry family member. As pet parents, the biggest gift was peace of mind. We were able to fully relax knowing our dog was safe, loved, and completely spoiled during our stay. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.

This was our second time staying and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW Everything was absolutely amazing. The Christmas dinner was beautiful and delicious, truly special. The location is perfect, the views are stunning and so peaceful. The staff is incredibly kind, warm, and always so helpful. And the facilities are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt special from beginning to end. We loved it so much and will definitely come back
