The quilt on the bed in the room were not in the best of conditions and not the cleanest. Would have been great to have a microwave in the room in order to heat some food up, and there is no way to access the facilities to do this either.

It was really nice, clean and the location was perfect. The staff were so nice and the restaurant up top was fantastic. I wish we had been able to stay longer but we were only in town for the night. I will definitely stay there again!

Booked this hotel for girlfriend upon arrival she got denied! Very upsetting she had to stay in her vehicle! I hope this hotel will be more aware of peoples situations and try to accommodate. Staff at hotel were extremely rude and not helpful at all.

We had an individual who was smoking on our floor repeatedly however they did talk to him and were aware of the situation when we made a complaint to the front desk. While that is never an ideal hotel experience and it was disruptive to our stay for the three days (as it was fairly consistent amount of stale smoke in the hallway) while we were there it hopefully is not the norm as the staff seemed concerned.
