Very clean, nice room. Quite small for 6 people but we squeezed in. Nice area with movie theatre, restaurant and swimming pool nearby. Hot tub was boiling hot (too hot to be in and was reported to desk) and pool water colour was off. Gym is small but worked. Kitchenette is a 2 burner hot plate, microwave and full size fridge. Bathroom is small! Beds are comfortable. Breakfast to-go bags were not ready for our early departure, despite being assured, twice, that they would be.

Room 302 was VERY shabby in parts… the AC unit is gross underneath. The bathroom had black curly hairs in the shower stall & I am a fair headed person! The plug in the sink in the bathroom would not “release” so the sink was full of water! I organized to have the airport shuttle take me to the airport the next day & good thing I was waiting in the lobby & reminded the front desk attendant that I was waiting for the 5:30 shuttle! She said she had no record of it but I booked it with her the day before & watched her write down a time & my room number! The breakfast was very good!

The rooms, beds and air conditioning are great. It’s a comfortable stay for sure. Breakfast is good. The pool is super gross, it’s so murky you can’t even see the bottom. I wouldn’t let my kids swim in that. But there are many things for kids to do in the same complex. There’s a nice indoor waterpark next door.
