We stayed on the sixth floor, which I believe has its own dedicated breakfast area—and it was incredible. They had absolutely everything you could imagine, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. We truly felt pampered. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed on the concierge level and the staff was OK. When you entered in to the dining area sometimes they wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge you. The food on the concierge level was amazing and also the restaurant Notch 8 was very good. The housekeeping was terrible. When we got there, there was blood on a pillow, so we threw it on the floor and then the next day it was back on the bed that was made with lumps all over it. The bathrooms are very small. The toilet is about 2 inches from the glass, stationary shower door. It was located in a very convenient location. Close to everything.

The property was in good shape, has plenty of charm and the staff was wonderful. The drawbacks: -parking lot- I got a $100 ticket while I waited to get checked into my room. During the check-in process they give you something to scan and pay for parking. I paid when I got up to my room. I wasnt fast enough. -lots of addicts and homeless in the area. Chinatown and Gastown had even more. Sad
