You need to call to arrange the shuttle from the airport. There is a blue phone outside the exit at the shuttle area. Make absolutely sure you tell the hotel whether you're at the domestic terminal or the international terminal. If you're at the international terminal at pickup number 216 insist they pick you up there and not make you walk down to the domestic terminal and pick a point 125 like they tried to do us

Really close to airport and casino. Staff were all spectacular. Included breakfast was as expected. Hotel shuttle picked us up from airport quickly and checkin was enjoyable with some good laughs. Paid $25 pp for shuttle to cruise port yhe next day and " Money" was on time and courteous. 1st time in BC and it was wonderful

Beyond expectations

I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised we were by this hotel! It was a great location close to the airport. We only stayed one night because we had gotten back from a very long cruise and just wanted to stay one night before heading back to the United States. This hotel was so clean that I could not tell you the last time I had a hotel this clean, even compared to the five star resorts we stay at. Also, the staff was extremely helpful. They offer a shuttle to the airport starting at 4 AM! And there are a few amazing restaurants within a four minute walking distance. We really highly recommend the Story Café. But it is worthy to know that they require reservations. The breakfast offered by the hotel was one of the fuller breakfast where you can make waffles and many other goodies to choose from. If we ever have another cruise end in Vancouver, we will for sure be staying here!
