Hotel had options for our family of 6 which was nice. Parking was awesome to have on the property as i could park my super tall van. Rooms are updated nicely, but everything else is not. HVAC is ancient and so is the elevator. No breakfast included, and tiny lobby and has a "motel feel" rather than a hotel

We were booked for four nights at this hotel, mainly because it is located so close to Stanley Park. Left after two miserable nights. The room was frigid upon check in. Upon my request a space heater was supplied. The attendant pointed out that the building is some 60 years old and has poor insulation and single glazed windows, possibly explaining why it can't retain heat in February without upgrades. The second night there was more or less constant disturbances in the hall on our floor as several rooms apparently were booked by 20-something friends more interested in partying than sleeping. We complained and we confronted loudly and drunkenly until 2:30 a.m. Felt unsafe. The hotel is rundown, shoddy. Reception area cramped and next to a rowdy bar/restaurant. Bathroom has no sink; it is located in the hallway next to the entrance. Water pressure bad. Noisy ice machine in hallway outside our room. No safe in room. We found a much, much better one for roughly the same price. Avoid this place, it is awful.
