We had to stay one night in Tahiti to catch the ferry to Moorea the next day. This hotel was walking distance to everything. The ferry, food, bars, and a grocery store to grab snacks and drinks for our stay in Bora Bora. Was a basic room. And very clean with friendly staff.

I arrived the evening prior to my birthday, which was the primary reason for my visit to Tahiti. After a long journey from Pennsylvania, I greatly appreciated the efficient and welcoming check-in process. The resort itself is charming, with staff who were consistently warm, pleasant, and eager to assist. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with effective air conditioning and a decent view. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable mildew scent; however, I was able to freshen the space. The bed was slightly firm for my preference, though I still managed a restful stay. Breakfast each morning was relaxed and enjoyable. While the overall selection was fairly basic, I appreciated the made-to-order eggs…though consistency in preparation improved toward the end of my stay. I dined at several restaurants on the property, with Le Lotus being the highlight. I chose to celebrate my birthday there, and the experience was truly special, even while dining solo. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful and delicious birthday dessert delivered to my room. One area for improvement would be the bar service, as it would be nice to have more flexibility in cocktail options beyond those listed on the menu. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, with several thoughtful touches that made my birthday trip memorable."
