Air conditioning didn’t work- receptionist would not let us borrow adapter for plugs stating they didnt have one and rented us bikes to bike 10 min away on a Sunday when everything is closed and when we returned we were charged for the bikes and suddenly she found the chargers and she made us pay for them to use them. High prices for poor room and amenities. Would not recommend

Thank you for taking the time to write your appreciation regarding your experience here at the HOTEL KAVEKA. Regarding the two plug adaptors you requested, we do not rent them, but only take a deposit of 500 XPF which we return to you once you return them to reception upon check-out, (HOWEVER YOU REFUSED TO RETURN THEM) hence we retained your deposit. Also we have taken note of the remaining subjects you mentioned and will be addressing these issues at the very earliest

This resort is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff is very helpful. Allos Pizza a short stroll down the street is delicious. The resort food is tasty too with a beautiful view of Cook's Bay. I would recommend.
