Inside, every detail has been designed to delight and exceed guests' expectations. This one-story ranch-style home will surprise you with how spacious and comfortable it is. The spacious full kitchen is perfect for groups looking to cook together - it features a French door refrigerator, a custom-designed coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of counter space for the home Chef in your group. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table that has seating for 8, and bar counter seating for 4.

This home has been lovingly updated with special touches throughout. The living area has a large flat-screen TV and offers a sleeper sofa for a flexible bedding option. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The three additional guest bedrooms have large Smart TVs and share 2 full bathrooms. PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
