When I was about to check out, they asked me to pay a $100 early checkout fee. But at the end of the day, I was just checking out—I didn’t need a refund or anything. They still said I had to pay the $100 because it was their Policy I checked in around 3:40 or 4 p.m., but I checked out around 11 p.m. because my flight was at midnight. I had to go to the airport and make it on time. I was just looking for somewhere to rest for the day since I had already checked out of my Airbnb. I ended up booking the hotel the day before, but I really just needed a place to rest until I left for the airport around 11 pm .I didn’t even need a refund. They kept going back and forth with me until I finally said, “Okay, just forget it. I’m leaving early.” I returned the key and told them I didn’t care anymore.

Hello, Our check-in experience was exceptional. Mr. Steven was exceptionally helpful. The Club Room and Club Lounge are both exceptional. They offer great value for money and provide a luxurious ambiance. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of downtown. This proximity allows for easy shopping and visiting attractions within walking distance. The Club Lounge breakfast menu is limited, but the quality of the food is exceptional. The evening light dinner was particularly memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Pool is not indoor & outdoor. It is fully outdoor with part of it covered. It is not comfortable to sit around the “indoor” pool area if the weather is chilly.
