Landed in Toronto at midnight to find out that the hotel cancelled my room and they are sold out. Even though we booked the room 4 days in advance. Called the hotel when we landed and the front desk said to come to the hotel, and he would figure something out. Spent 45 min there trying to see if the person behind the desk could get us a room. He kept asking me to wait while he checked others in. Other guest complaining they had no heat and other issues. Experience was horrible. Said he couldn't do anything because he needed a password that he didn't have. No offer to recommend where else to go. So here we are at 1:30am without a hotel. So disappointed. Terrible customer service. Do not stay here.

Check in took longer than it should have. We had a room with two beds and mine squeaked with every little movement. Couldn’t get the airport shuttle for the time we wanted in the morning so took an Uber.

Room was excellent, staff was helpful. Accessibility things I noticed: parkade does not have an elevator and all personal products in my room were citrus scented, so just things for folks to be aware of when they book. Enjoyed my stay though!
