What a wonderful place to stay in a new country. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The room was clean, roomy and had a washing/drying combo. I was able to fly back to the US with clean clothes! Its within walking distance to two subway stations - plus a mall that's attached to hotel (Mark Story Hotel) which also lets you off at Shibuya Scramble Crossing. There were lots of cute small restaurants to eat, but if on a budget - There is a Family Mart, Lawsons and 7-11 that served very good meals as well. There is also a local supermarket right across from the entrance. Lastly they will hold your luggage if you come earlier than check out and a few hours after check out. So you get the most out of your trip in Tokyo. They also hailed us a taxi to the airport. If I go to Japan again I will stay here again.

Loved this hotel! The staff is so hospitable and friendly! There’s free coffee in the lobby (iced coffee was my favorite). Plenty of space in the rooms and there is a balcony that allows you to let in fresh air and light. Laundry in the room is always a huge plus when traveling with family. Beds are comfortable. Very well kept and clean facility. Very quiet rooms. Love the location. It’s a 15 min walk to Shibuya crossing and the supermarket right across the street as well as restaurants and konbinis, coffee shops all in walking range a huge plus. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station. highly recommend Oh and the hotel information video is performed by dolls! So freaking kawaii!!

The hotel was clean and spacious, feeling like home. It's within walking distance to Shibuya Scramble Crossing and is conveniently located near the train station. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely visit again and absolutely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were so friendly, helping with some Japanese and even printed a document for me when I asked where I could find a printer. The room was clean and mattress comfy. There was a sink, hotplate, mini fridge, washer/dryer and the tv accepted accepted airplay which was great after a long day! It was also a great location for a short walk to some sights such as the Shibuya scramble crossing. It’s also across the road from a combini for your essentials. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, convenient and quiet place to stay. Each room has a washer/dryer (one button to start to finish) and it is very handy when you travel abroad long. It’s not far from Shibuya stn, but if you have a big luggage I recommend you to use Ino-kashira line for one stop (Shinsen stn) since it is sloped area. Nice’n friendly staffs makes the stay memorable.

Fantastic stay

It was an amazing stay! Cozy rooms and nice bathroom/shower. Free amenities kits came in handy and the rooms have just about everything you need from pots and pans to a single burner. Staff are super nice and attentive to your needs. Near nice restaurants and nightlife. Definitely recommend!!

Great service with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room, good size for Japanese standards. Good amenities, clean and felt new, not out dated. Great location off the Main Street in a quiet alleyway and great choices of restaurants/bars right outside. Short walk to Shibuya scramble square , subway station and bus station from Haneda Airport.
