One must have the email from the management in order to enter the building and to open the key box in order to enter the unit. The email looked like an advert from Expedia so I don't open it. They need to have more

We stayed in the 5th floor room with the rooftop patio. There was plenty of room for 3 of us and our bags. We had a problem with the A/C remote but they had a repairman out the same day to get it fixed for us. The only downside is being on the 5th floor with no elevator, but when you come to tokyo you expect to walk.
