The staff were friendly and the location is fairly quiet. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It’s a short walk to many dining options, and I loved the complimentary bottled tea at the lobby. It saved me many times after a long day and the (short) trek from the train station.

While the room is small by American standards, it fit two adults and our luggage for a week quite comfortably. The area is quiet, close to restaurants and transportation (subway). The staff was courteous and the offering of subway passes for purchase for a discount. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel felt safe and clean, and the staff were professional. I appreciated housekeeping services for giving each of us two bottles of water each day to survive the hot weather. Conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the Akasaka-Mitsuke station. The staff allowed me to leave our suitcases after check out until the flight time. I would stay here again.
