Staff are friendly, some really nice free amenities that other hotels don't offer, the best part aside from the rooms being on the larger side for Japan is the rails all around the room for hanging clothes in lieu of closet space and make it less cluttering. The room also has freshening spray for clothes. The staff go out of their way to see you out the door each time

Our room was dirty and badly maintained. The white curtain had brown stains on it and a vent in the ceiling had black dust. The stool in the room was wobbly, hangers missing from the wall or broken and a foldable table was broken as well. The only good thing was the location.

The rooms are small but the single beds are spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. Good shower and facilities available in room. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The communal area is small and basic but we managed to find seats easily. We appreciated the happy hour and complementary takoyaki. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Kanda station and Yamamoto line. The area felt safe and clean and there’s a 7/11 around the corner. I would stay again and would recommend if looking for a comfortable budget place to stay in Tokyo.

Staff were friendly and allowed early luggage drop offs if you’re showing up before check-in as well as holding onto it after check-out. Hotel located minutes away from the station. Cleanliness is just below average. The walls in the room I stayed in had some stains which could’ve been wiped off but they never seemed to bother. The overall room is just average in comfort. Bed is a double size, but offers just 1 pillow. Mattress is so soft and thin, you can literally feel the bed frame. The lack of storage…with just 1 folding table that’s even smaller than an Ikea Lack table, a small storage space that would only fit a carry on but wouldn’t fit a check-in luggage. Makeshift hooks on the previously mentioned stained walls. The overall room is big, but has such a bad use of space it’s not comfortable to navigate.

This hotel was in a nice and convenient area! The station was only about a 6 minute walk away. And the nearby stations are easy to navigate and have the main lines running through. The service was great and I greatly appreciate them finding my headphones I left behind and holding onto them for me until I could pick it up!

We stayed at Sui Kanda on our second leg in Tokyo because it’s closer to Tokyo Station so it’s a lot easier to reach the airport. The hotel provides everything you need. It serves free alcohol at certain times as well as snacks. The staff is the friendliest especially Rea! Thank you so much for everything! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone!
