The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are exceptional. Great size. Bed was comfy. Buffet is worth the value. Location is right in the heart of all the fun. Was a bit loud at night but it was part of the excitement. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room had the most amazing views and the room was designed to show it off to its full potential with floor to ceiling windows at the foot of the beds. The rooms were modern, clean and the staff were fantastic. Its a great place to start your trip to Japan.

This was our favorite hotel of our entire 10 day trip to Japan. The hotel is very modern and was the most "western" of all the hotels we used. We had a premier king room and, although on the smaller side as Japanese hotel rooms tend to be, it was very nice and up-to-date. The bed was very comfortable and much softer than the typical Japanese mattress. The view was absolutely incredible and we overlooked the busy part of Shinjuku. Despite it's proximity to that area the hotel was very quiet. We loved the modern and spacious bathroom and shower area. The hotel and lobby were kept very cool and, while we were visiting in August, it was so refreshing to walk back into the hotel and immediately cool down.

The hotel room was great and we had no issues with the hotel. There’s no amenities/additional perks, which every other hotel we stayed in Japan had (e.g. gym, free small snacks, etc) - they offer free coffee 5-7am which is very early, so not really a great perk. Our biggest issue was the area - directly across from the building there were a number of heavily intoxicated people who appeared to live on the street (they were present our entire 4 days stay). It was a little unsettling and the only point during our trip that felt unsafe - probably important to consider if you’re planning to stay with small children. I’d personally not stay here again for this reason.
