Everything was perfect except the unbearably slow wifi. It was just not usable. It fluctuates between 0.1Mb to 8Mb which means it can barely load a YouTube video. Other than that the room was very clean and comfy.

The staff is just fine compared to other hotels we check in, the location is a little hidden on the side of the bridge we thought easy to walk going to subways its a little effort to walk every day 12-14 mins need to cross the bridge before reaching the train ride its hard if you have shopping bags getting back

Short 10 minutes away from the main TCAT station in Nihombashi. Plenty of train stations around to take you directly to main cities such as Shibuya, Akihabara, Shinjuko. Only slight I can say is that the nearest convenient store is a Family Mart that is about a 5 minute walk. Great place to stay.

Overall excellent. Small things if I’m nitpicking, the restaurant didn’t have many options although when I did eat there it was very nice. Not very sustainable in terms of a massive amount of amenities provided every day, although this is presumably an APA thing in general and not just the hotel. Again, I had a great stay. I was there for almost 3 weeks and was very comfortable and had no issues getting around Tokyo easily.

We had the most traumatic and horrific experience with this hotel from the moment we checked in. We checked in at 3:00pm on the 27th July of which we entered our rooms. Upon entering our rooms, we were faced with an extremely strong and overwhelmingly unpleasant odour. We decided to leave the room windows open to air out, and left the hotel for a few hours. Sadly, upon our return back to our rooms at approximately 9:30pm, it was extremely evident that the foul smell in both rooms had not gone. From our concern, we checked both rooms and to our disturbing discovery, we found mold in both rooms, the aircon vents and throughout the corridor of level 3. Please see the photos attached to this email for reference. We were extremely appalled that for a hotel that is branded as “simplified luxury” and “high quality” would leave their hotel in such a disgusting state, and have no consideration for their guests in this matter. Unfortunately, the night of horror didn’t end there. We went to reception and asked to be moved

MOULD INFESTED. We had 2 rooms at this hotel and both rooms had an incredibly strong musky smell of mould. We found mould in both rooms and throughout the corridors. We took photos and showed the staff but they had no care of the matter. We left straight away. Do not stay!!

Modest chain hotel located in Hamacho. Located in quite some distance from the nearest metro station. Rooms were small but clean. Staff were hospitable.
