The room is clean however small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases, but it is manageable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and assisted me with forwarding our suitcases to our next APA hotel when we are back from Osaka.

Poor experience is mostly my fault. Ordered a smoking room and will never make that mistake again. Our neighbor was smoking next to us all night and the smell was unbearable. My wife couldn’t sleep at all. The room was very small. Nothing really redeeming about this hotel. It’s expensive, small, and the smoking rooms are unbearable. No amenities. The staff were friendly and that’s about it.

A nice hotel, central to many popular places. Clean, simple room. However, the surround area is not for a budget traveler. Very high-end part of a Tokyo. But for the right price, it can be an excellet choice. Hiro-o station is close by for transportation options.

Hotel itself is good, it is about 10 mins walk from Hiro O station, Hiro O is a decent residential area however the choices of dining are very limited, across the hotel there is a supermarket but it is a small one

I stayed at APA Hotel Nishiazabu for 5 nights (May 18–23, 2025) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On the first night, the bathroom drain was clogged and overflowed, flooding the entire floor. While I was offered a room change, I had just arrived from Canada and was completely exhausted, so I declined. Thankfully, housekeeping cleaned and fixed it the next day while I was out. The worst part happened on the last night of my stay (early morning of May 23rd). Around 3:15 AM, I was woken up by extremely loud voices outside my room. I had only gone to sleep around 1:00 AM after packing, so I was shocked and frustrated. I immediately called the front desk to complain and was assured that someone would come to handle the situation. No one ever came. The guests continued being loud, speaking in the hallway near my room. I opened my door to ask them to be quiet—they were foreigners, and one woman sarcastically blew a kiss while saying sorry. It was incredibly rude and upsetting. The next morning, when I told the front desk, they seemed unaware of the entire incident. That was even more frustrating. I was told they would “do more patrols,” but I expected a direct warning or follow-up action with those guests. I’ve stayed at various APA Hotels when visiting Japan over the last few years and had trusted the brand, but this experience made me seriously reconsider using APA again. I hope the management improves staff communication and nighttime enforcement of guest beh

Hotel very small. If on a budget it does the job. Room on smoking floors stink so try to get booked on upper floors. Friends reported waking up with headaches due to the amount of smoke in air
