We left the property. Its bathroom / laundry abd toilet are in one very small opening. Bathroom in shower and roof were full of mould. It was so tight you had to squeeze between the shower and basin. The toilet was behind the door. No air con and is on the second floor. Sun blaring in. It was a sweat box!!!. Had to very small fans on the floor neither of them had coverings to protect the fan. No where to even put them. No side draws. Living space and kitchen nice but you can not stay in there through a hot day. Its up some fairly tight stairs. The entrance in absolutely stunk!!!!.. the smell is over whelming. There is also no parking. It is all permit parking and you can not park in front of the garage instructed. The car will cover footpath and boot will slightly stick out onto road and it is a busy road. We were asked to move soon as we stopped. The bathroom is so tight. The mirror is old and rusted. It is a shame because it could be comfortable. Having zero cooling makes this apartment extremely uncomfortable and it has zero shade so it has full sun exposure. Please ask for contact details and phone to call before even thinking about hiring the apartment. The owner had my number because i had booked it and when i emailed him about the parking, the responses stopped and i had no other contact details, they had all my details and had called me a few times from a private number so i could mot teturn the missed call and when i found his number, he had blocked me.

Misleading Promotion

Busy road, ugly old external building, parking not clear, not even clear that you are at the right location. Putrid smell in entry of building. Barking dogs next door. Frustrating booking process requiring passport ID and photos. We did not even stay and booked different emergency accommodation. Property Managers unwilling to offer any concession or refund what so ever.

The apartment was an easy walk from Bondi Junction

The place was easy to find, clean and well appointed. We arrived late and the instructions to find keys and get into the place were very comprehensive.

Extrêment déçue.

Immeuble vieux, plein de cafards, appartement avec une mauvaise odeur. Sol de la cuisine collant. Canapé taché et moquette pas propre. Dans la chambre les luminaires défectueux et dangereux. Pas d'aération. Malgré la bombe désodorisante l'odeur a persisté pendant tout le séjour. Je suis déçu que vous ayez pu proposer un tel appartement à la location. Cela ne vous ressemble pas!!!.
