The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms.

That’s pretty early for a pool in a hotel. When it was 8pm the guy never came and told anyone the pool was closing. He turned the lights off to the pool area with a pool full of kids, my son is 5. I kept having to get my key remade because it wouldn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t that great, but it was included so I won’t complain. "
