We picked this hotel because of its central location- we skied in/out at all three locations easily enough. Room was very clean, the view of the Matterhorn was impressive! Their included daily breakfast was delicious, and had many options. The staff was very pleasant- we would stay here again!

Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Shuttle to Tasch train station and easy walk to free e-bus to get to ski lifts. Would come back again.

Hotel is located right next to the train station. Very convenient for visiting Zermatt/Matterhorn. Hotel has an excellent restaurant attached and provided 2 free drink vouchers at check in. The free spa downstairs was very nice and the tap water excellent. Would 1000% stay here again.

It was an older hotel and very nice with the remodel. It was expensive but a good price for the area. Great location and close to the ski-lift and restaurants/shops. Be prepared to walk hills and steps and if you’re coming from the train station, get a taxi if you have luggage!
