"I stay here all the time when I come to town. I walked into the room and I had to call down to the front desk twice within 15 minutes. There were no towels to shower, and the TV didn't work. They immediately came up and serviced my room. When the maintenance guy was in my room, I also had him change the light bulb on the makeup mirror. When I got in that night, I realized that the standing lamp's bulb was out and that's why it was so dark in my room. Again someone came up and replaced the bulb. The next day when I went to take a shower, the dial to turn on the heat lamp over the shower was broken. It would just spin and spin and spin. I reported it but that never got taken care of. On the last day I was down to only a few squares of toilet paper. I looked around. There wasn't another fresh roll anywhere. These were all minor things. I would still stay there again. The maintenance and staff workers apologized and were helpful."
