The pool was closed. I booked the stay for the pool and the views from the infinity pool. The staff was nice, but I was not happy overall. I booked a 2-night stay with Expedia. I canceled the first night. I never got a refund.

The First Capital Apartments, is a great home away from home for the time-short traveler as it is the most centrally situated hotel choice in St. Joseph.
The Hyatt Regency Trinidad is located 6 miles (10 kilometers) away from the main part of St. Joseph. Another option is the Courtyard by Marriott Port Of Spain, which is approximately 8 miles (12 kilometers) away. Another possibility is to make a reservation at the Hilton Trinidad & Conference or the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Trincity Trinidad Airport.
Port of Spain is 4 miles (7 kilometers) west of St. Joseph and is where you'll find University of the West Indies and Movietowne.
