Room was very clean & staff was very friendly, the restaurant upstairs was very convenient & prices were reasonable. Great service, location was close to the airport 5min ride and the free shuttle to the airport was really convenient, I will definitely stay again !!

The airport shuttle service works well and check-in at the hotel was quick and easy. The room was clean and all fixtures and fittings worked well. There is no breakfast service. However, the manager took pity on me and made me some coffee and scrambled eggs.

Everything went well. Handy to airport. Food at the thai restaurant was good but somewhat expensive. Hotel called a local driver and he charged like he was a driver at the hilton. Unfortunately i could not download the tt taxi app till later. I needed a nearby hotel to the airport to do errands nearby. Worth staying here if you have a late or esrly flight. Very clean. Quiet.

Significant lack of amenities not even an elect kettle was available in the room. I had to ask for one and a microwave. The bathroom has rusted furnishes. There was no way to control the AC. This has to be improved.There was no hot water it seems. The staff was very friendly though.
