"My only complaint was the front desk personnel when we checked.out. She didn't smile or greet us and barely acknowledged our question. The personnel when we checked in were fantastic especially the woman. She was bright cheerful and helpful. Really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Room was great, dinner reception was good and the breakfast was hot and delicious."

"So much to do and see. Loved the room and food was good, however VERY expensive. The live entertainment was terrific for the kiddos. Life guards were great and plenty. We had an awesome time. Highly recommend, but expect to spend alot of money. Seeing all the hair ties and stuff on the ledges going to the water slides looked trashy. Maybe someone could clean that up."
