Guests have full access to the entire apartment, providing a private and comfortable home base during your stay. Enjoy exclusive use of the spacious outdoor deck—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. On-site parking is available at the back of the home for easy arrival and departure.

For added convenience, the property features a smart lock for self check-in. You will receive a unique access code prior to arrival, allowing for a seamless and keyless entry.

Nestled in the heart of Historic Lincolnville, this neighborhood blends rich history with a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. Known for its charm, safety, and welcoming feel, Lincolnville offers tree-lined streets, historic homes, and a true sense of local character. A short 3–5 minute walk down Washington Street brings you directly into the vibrant downtown area.

We are also happy to share that the former neighborhood chicken coop has been rehomed, creating a quiet and peaceful environment for your stay.

Getting around is simple from this location. Downtown, with its restaurants, shops, and attractions, is just a short 3–5 minute walk away. Trolley tours, bike rentals, and golf carts are popular ways to explore the historic district, while rideshare services and public transportation are readily available for longer trips. Free street parking nearby makes coming and going easy.

* We start you off with all the essentials you need to settle in comfortably.

* Just so you know, the couch is not a pullout bed and is best suited for lounging or short-term sleeping.

* Strictly No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee/fine.

* Children: For safety reasons, our property is not suitable for infants or small children.

Experience the magic of St. Augustine’s famous Nights of Lights celebration, running annually from November 21 through January 18 — one of the most beautiful and busiest times of the year in the nation’s oldest city!

Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.

Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.
