Ac was out and had been out for least 3 days prior to our arrival. Part needed on back order. Mgmt tried to appease us with another unit 1st unit smelled like mildew and was extremely outdated with beds too small 2nd unit was freshly painted with fumes and again with too small beds (we needed kings or 2queens ea bdrm) they then offered 1 portable ac for 3 bedroom condo. When I complained they emailed me back at 3:30 stating they could provide 2 more ac if I responded by 4 pm. We were out enjoying the day and I missed the email. Why didn’t they bring 3 ac at first ? They decided to give us discount of 10% and refund of partial fees….insulting. The maintenance on ac shows multiple no cool either in the last year with the last date of no cool 4/13/26. We arrived 4/15/26. If I was told ac down I would have rented another condo. We were able to deal with discomfort at night. Headboards covered up the windows. The mgmt and owners should be ashamed of themselves. We request 25% discount because of being out out with at least 3 disruptions with maintenance and service tech on a preventable problem
