I requested a room in the lower floor due to the power being out and my daughter pregnant. We are on the 8th floor. The lady declined my request. My son in-law went back down and a manager was there and he said of course why didn’t we tell them. The front desk young lady lied and said she didn’t know. I specifically told her because my daughter has already gone in the pre-term labor last week. We like your hotel but that was not a good situation.

Dust on the fire sprinkler and on the ceiling where the vent was. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for parking in their parking lot. They just add it on your bill.

No one at registration desk Restaurant and lounge closed, coffee bar open but no one behind the counter this morning. Only hot water in the room including shower. Horrible experience. Hotel should disclose the restaurant and bar is closed. Not Happy. I should get our money back. So we left the hotel for an aappointment with an attorney with no shower.

Room was decent(not dirty but serious upgrades need had), staff is subpar, and THAT WINDOW! Although beautiful especially early in the morning, I would like the option of closing some blinds ! On the 5th floor you can still hear the parking lot as well.. and be sure not to leave ANYTHING behind. (The staff plays Finders keepers.)
Used a clip and a chair in attempt to filter light ..

The rooms were the cleanest ive ever seen. The staff we very polite and seemed to actually listen to what my needs were. I will definitely be staying again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. And just wanna say keep up the hard work house keepers. And to the front desk thank you for the warm welcome and help you provided.

Had to be moved three times first was a pure clean room the bathtub had black mold been there so long it was pink, the second room was like landing an airplane the heater was louder then the tv, third room had no hot water in sink we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. Breakfast was cold and so old the eggs were like rubber.

had a clogged toilet that I told him I needed to have fixed so we could use the bathroom and they said they would come and fix it when the maintenance guy got in within 20 minutes two hours later it was still not fixed then after a second call another 45 minutes pass still not fixed. I ended up just checking out early and leaving. Not very good customer service.
