We were informed the day of checking that the electrical system was being worked on that day and should be completed by 4:00 p.m. which was fine the work was completed that day we were not notified that they would continue to resume their work throughout our stay. We went without power for the two days we were there. It was our anniversary we couldn't shower we didn't have hot water we didn't have heat or air we were not able to make breakfast pretty much the only use the bungalow was it was shelter. When I communicated this to the property owners they said they were not notified by their HOA and had no idea that the work would continue as an offer for my inconvenience the property manager said he was 50 bucks go get yourself a nice anniversary dinner. That was very insulting most of us can't get an anniversary dinner for 50 bucks. I said if you make it 100 we got a deal property owner wouldn't do it says he wasn't authorized. Needless to say we made the best of our anniversary that evening we spent a lot of money on a room that we really couldn't stay in. In the end this particular property will no longer be on my list of go to places.
