Amazing location! Amazing building and wonderful style. But paired with the TV that wouldn’t work for more than an hour, the most worn out, uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, and the shower/sink/toilet that had no water 50-60% of the time. Could be one of the best hotels in Seattle, but the negatives really added up unfortunately. Would not stay again.

Staff was great. We got complementary drinks at the bar, and they upgraded our room! Very beautiful space and an awesome location!! Felt very comfortable and safe. Only negatives: parking garage was not super convenient and you had to pay but it wasn’t too bad. Space to drop off luggage and check in at the hotel is available. Pretty noisy with outside sound being heard through thin walls and original windows. To be expected with the hustle and bustle of the location but don’t expect the best nights sleep. Overall for the price and location, this spot is a win! I would totally stay here again!

My room my incredibly loud at night. There was a truck dumping bottles every 2 hours.. no attempt at sound proofing the room. For the price was pretty disappointed.

We loved the hotel and cannot beat the location. Our only complaint is the noise. It was so loud from street noise that we did not sleep well at all. Our room was facing an alley, so I don't know if other rooms were quieter. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Our room reservation changed due to scheduling issues but Palihotel did a great job of making it right. The complimentary drinks at the bar were also excellent.

We’ve stayed at this property before and always had a great experience, but this visit was a disappointment. Our room on the 4th floor had serious water issues — the shower would completely stop mid-use with no warning. On top of that, we were charged for mini-fridge items we never touched, and it took multiple conversations with the front desk to even get them to review the charges. To make things worse, the parking situation was a mess. The “recommended” garage was closed for construction, and the hotel staff had no backup option or real guidance for where to park. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and communication. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of our past visits, and it’s made us reconsider staying here again.

There was no water pressure in the bathroom. The temperature of the room was not able to be regulated. The system was not responding to my prompts well and I told staff who just thought I didn't know how to use the touch system. The mini fridge was so stuffed with items I had to remove things to put in my own purchases. Most of all the wifi was terrible going out a few times while there. It was a clean hotel and people were friendly, especially the bar and coffee attendants in the restaurant but overall not a good place for a business stay.
