We were concerned about hotel parking. It was safe and easy, connected to the hotel. They were also able to arrange a private shuttle to the pier for our family. Would deffinately stay again. Friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very nice. Room was fairly spacious. Bathroom was large with nice shower but had barn doors which were not great for privacy. The breakfasts were fantastic and we enjoyed them every day. Pool area was also very nice. Great location if you are attending an event at the stadium or ball park otherwise, it was a little far from the sights but there was a free shuttle that picked up right in front of the hotel. There were also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a great view of the city and waterfront from our room. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very quiet and comfortable. About the only thing we didn't like was the barn door on the bathroom. There were long lines to check in, but staff was friendly and helpful when available. Long wait for elevators. The breakfast room is large, and we found a clean table when we needed one even though it was a busy time.

This was a pretty terrible stay from the get go. We were in town for a concert and weren't able to check in until after 4:30pm so it put us late. Which it happens and would have been fine but then the gal at the front desk was rude about it to us, the room (a corner King suite) smelled like pee, the mini fridge didnt work and the bathroom was dirty. The elevators dont have enough capacity for the amount of traffic/rooms so we had to wait a long time in lines every time we needed to go up or down. Then when it was time to leave the parking garage arm was broken and we couldn't drive out without calling the help line. This hotel is way too expensive for these kinds of issues. We wont ever stay at Embassy Suites in Seattle Pioneer Square again. Which is a bummer because it is in a great location for Lumen, Pikes Market and T-MOBILE Park.

We took the Coast Starlight train and the hotel could not be any closer as we exited the station! Literally, it is right across the street. Look for the green “E” for Embassy Suites.

This hotel does not offer concierge services nor in-hotel food services, which was very disappointing. Also, chair was broken in room and had it replaced. Will return to AirBnB for next trip.

The hotel staff were exceptional. The hotel was extremely clean everywhere you looked. The breakfast buffet had so many offerings. You left feeling full. I can't wait for my next stay.

Great Location

It was an excellent location, room was clean & staff was very nice. We enjoyed the amazing Breakfast and the Happy Hour was nice. The only complaint I have is the Valet Service wasn’t available during our stay & there weren’t any signs that associated the particular Parking Garage that Embassy Suite Guests are to use for $61.00 per day.
