Nestled on a residential tree lined street come and enjoy this brand new studio apartment fully furnished, private entrance, court yard, laundry, King size bed, internet, Comcast cable tv. Step into a bright cozy studio apartment. Relax in the gated front court yard. Kick back, hang out, and watch your favorite TV shows in nubuck leather recliner or love seat recliner.

This studio has easy transit options, 1 block from Transit Route E Line, 3 blocks from Transit Route 5 - an easy ride to downtown, Seattle Center and the space needle, and Fremont. Both the E LIne and Route 5 have all day and nightly runs till late. It is easily accessible from Interstate 5 coming from the North or the South.

This studio is in the middle of three great Seattle neighborhoods, Phinney Ridge to the west and south; Greenwood to the west an north; Greenlake to the east. Enjoy walking the 2.9 mile paved path around Greenlake. Once on the other side of Greenlake, stop off at the many shops and restaurants on the east side of the lake. Head west to Greenwood Avenue and enjoy many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, grocery stores, and shopping going north or south. This studio is also 12 short blocks to Woodland Park Zoo.

Just blocks away is PCC Community Markets (Seattle's version of whole foods since the 1950's), Uber Tavern with over 100 beers on tap, The St Andrew a local soccer pub, Cuban restaurant Bongos, all night greasy spoon diner Beth's Cafe and local small restaurants featuring Thai, Chinese, Pho, Mexican, and Indian options.

This was the perfect spot for the 2 of us for a 3 week stay. There is one large room that incorporates bed, kitchen, dining and study/ tv. It's clean, bright and has good lighting. Bath/shower, toilet and laundry are just down a short hall. Everything is new within the past few years. The king bed was firm and supportive without being hard. We appreciated that the fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher and sink were all in great condition and full sized, not the "compact" size in some places we've stayed. The large closet and the drawers in the bedside dressers gave us plenty of space to fully move in, rather than live out of suitcases. The kitchen cabinets, pantry and fridge had more than enough space for our food. And the full sized washer and dryer in the bathroom were so convenient and welcome.This is in a quiet residential neighborhood of single family homes. We mostly walked, and encountered people of all ages, including many families with young children. It's about a 3 block walk to the Greenwood Ave "High Street" with library, hardware store, market and many good restaurants. Many more stores, including several large grocery stores, are a sort drive away.We definitely would choose to stay here again.

Great location. Place was clean and host was friendly and very communicative. The only problem during our visit was parking was not available outside when we arrived and, due to the late hour, we chose to just find parking further down the street and get settled in.

I loved this really cozy studio! It was perfect for my stay for a few days. The kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment had everything I needed. I was initially given the wrong door code for the keypad at check-in, but Melissa quickly remedied that once I contacted her. There was a small amount of noise from the upstairs tenants, but nothing that bothered me. Parking was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet, yet still walkable to a lot of things. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice bathroom amenities...thick towels, good size bar of soap (not the little sliver most places provide). I will return on my next teup to Seattle.

Most of this place was phenomenal, but there was a mold or mildew problem in the bathroom (including the washing machine) that made that part of the place almost unusable. I let the host, Melissa, know and she made some attempts to remedy things, but it wasn’t fixable without more significant effort. Once that issue is truly fixed, I’d give this place five stars.

A great stay!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 nights in early July while we visited family living in the Green Lake area and during a trip to the Olympic National Park. As the name implies this is a cozy studio rental that met our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we found parking on the neighborhood street without difficulty. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent!We enjoyed sitting in the private fenced in area or front courtyard with chairs and a table during early mornings or evenings. The interstate 5 and other Seattle neighborhoods were easily accessible. We look forward to renting this cozy studio again if it is available on our future trips to Seattle.

Reasonable Option In Greenwood

Despite the listing's heading, this comfortable and private studio does not come across as "NEW". Somewhat of a mishmash, it also shows some age (particularly in the bathroom.) That said, if Greenwood is a convenient neighborhood for whatever brings you to Seattle, this studio is a reasonable choice of accommodations.
