People who work there are very good. A bit understaffed and they work their butt off. Started with lack of available parking. Then accosted by horrible and strong Indian food smell on our floor. The fold out bed had dirty sheets and was not made. Not enough towels in the room. No soap. Perhaps just over booked. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. The people are great.

My 2nd stay review

This is my second stay, and again it was great. I was met by Josh (front desk person) who was very nice and welcoming. My room was clean and smelled fresh. My room was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was 7/10. For the first time I took advantage of the free washer and dyer. That was very convenient. My only complaint was the 2nd elevator was still not working. I would say half of the time I used the steps because the elevator took too long or was crowded.

I liked the area it was very nice. What I dislike was that my first room smelt a lot like cigarette, I had to go back downstairs to get my room changed. The second room every time you were taking a step inside the room the glass divider in the room was making so much noise. It felt like every time you took a step in that room the glass was gonna break so I had to put the little notepad in between the glass so it wouldn’t continue making all that noise other than that, our state was OK. The staff was very nice. There was only one elevator working and the wait was a little long to go or do anything.

This hotel is located near some nice stores and good restaurant options. Their breakfast was nice with waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted breads and muffins. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel pool and hot tub area was extremely humid. The water in both was cloudy. The drywall tape was falling from the columns and the ceiling. I got charged twice for the room which was an error at check in but I will need to wait 7-10 days for the refund. Breakfast started with no forks but the attendant was very nice and was able to find some.

Surrounding buildings were new. Our first room was dirty. Stain on couch, bottom sheet was dirty, cracks in head board. We brought it up and were given a new room immediately. That one was fine.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was not up to expectations. The welcome staff was not friendly or helpful, which made the check-in experience feel uninviting. The pool area was also dirty, and it didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was another disappointment — very limited options, and on the last day, there wasn’t even enough food available for all the guests. Overall, the property has potential but needs serious improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and basic amenities. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes

So Thankful!!!!!

My family were in Pennsylvania for our sister funeral. We had 5 rooms, and 10 people. When the restaurant that we had reserved for my sisters repass dinner was suddenly unable to accommodate the 40+ people attending the dinner because of a food shortage, the employees of this hotel sprung into action. They let us use their lobby area to hold the repass dinner. They helped us find local catering, helped us load and unload everything, set-up the space, helped clean up from the floral designs we had made, even let us use the employee refrigerator and the hotel kitchen. The genuine care and concern that staff had for our family's needs was beyond compassionate. The caliber of the staff employed at this hotel is amazing. My family and I were so impressed with the hotel and staff, that I actually wrote a letter to the CEO, of Marriott. We can never thank them enough for taking a terrible situation and making it a painless as possible. We, would highly recommend the SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Montage Mountain. Moosic, Pennsylvania.

Family friendly

I stayed with my 4 kids for 2 nights and it was very family friendly! They gave out free popsicles, pool was very nice, and they were very friendly! I would stay again!
