"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Valley Ho! It completely exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and I'm usually pretty neutral about them, so I wasn't expecting to be this impressed. What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with provided exceptional customer service. The valet team was especially outstanding. We used Ubers quite a bit rather than valet parking, but they were still incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time we came and went. Their attitude and willingness to help never depended on whether we were using their services. We're from Canada and aren't typically big tippers, but every staff member made us genuinely *want* to tip because they consistently went above and beyond what you normally expect. That's something you don't come across very often. The pool was beautiful, the pool staff were fantastic, and the entire property was spotless and well cared for. Overall, an amazing experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend Hotel Valley Ho to anyone visiting Scottsdale."
