Fantastic hotel, we went with 4 generations including baby, 30s, 50s and almost 80 and the hotel catered fabulously to us all. Great all inclusive, with NICE food and drinks not rubbish buffet stuff, can’t rate enough!

The hotel is good in general, staff is friendly and food is good however if you spend a significant amount of money to stay in a luxuxy hotel, you don't expect to need to pay to use the jacuzzi and heated pool. I was very disapointed when I found out as it is not clear when we make the resetvation that you need to pay extra for the spa.

My brother and I flew in from New Jersey for a quick weekend trip to visit one of the clubs nearby, and we had such a great stay ! The customer service was amazing ! Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a week and we loved it! Service was exceptional throughout the property. Rooms were lovely and poolside was always clean. Food was good for an All Inclusive…not the greatest selection, but I like that. Can’t fault this hotel…everything was perfect, even at peak season. Would highly recommend this hotel.
