I was only there for 1 night. Dinner was pretty good. WiFi was ok. Good location. My room needs to be updated as I saw dirt and/or what looked like mildew in some places. Also was hair on the shower wall. Pool is a bit small. Very geriatric clientele.

I selected the hotel due to the facilities. Pool and games room. I have an 8 year old. The indoor pool was additional cost, ok, but then I couldn’t book. It was full! The games room was closed. Very frustrating

We had a great time at this property. The train station is close by as well as the beach. The service was impeccable. My only critique was the internet which is why I did not give 5 stars as it is spotty. However this is minor and we would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Aqua hotel was terrible, I booked a suite that was 400sq ft and because I decided to bring my daughter at the last minute they refused to let me stay in the suite that I booked and placed me in a tiny room that was 220sq ft that was cramped with four beds in it. Online the room I booked stated sleeps 3. I spent the first day of my trip going back and forth with management and customer service trying to get refunded and change hotels. It was a total nightmare

Property is low cost and in terms of value it was fair. The junior suite looked on to balconies of the adjacent hotel, the metal camp bed style bed was terribly uncomfortable. The hotel itself was average in every way, nothing too bad, nothing to say was particularly good either, other than the bar staff being very friendly. I’d say for two nights out of season it was fine but in peak summer I can imagine the lifts, breakfast, checkout, Sun loungers etc being very over crowded.

Our experience was great. The food was very good, a lot of things to do. The only downside I had was with cleanliness. We asked every day for the room to be cleaned and made up. And even when they did came and organized the room, they never swept the floors. But I will give it 9 out of 10
